Ingredients
1 bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
Parsley, for garnish
Directions
  1. Heat 1 cup of broth in a medium saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
  2. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring often, until heated. 
  3. Drain and return veggies to the pan. 
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to the pan and cook over medium heat for several minutes, stirring often, until butter is completely melted and coats the vegetables. 
  5. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
